As a PROSCI Change Management and Korn Ferry Competency certified practitioner, Willis has led numerous change initiatives that have empowered organizations to evolve and grow. A DDI-certified facilitator, he has conducted hundreds of impactful sessions for professionals at all levels—from individual contributors to senior directors—with a recent emphasis on executive leadership development and talent reviews.

Beyond his HR leadership, Willis is also a skilled writer, creative course curator and music composer.
